Did you ever qualify for a Social Security Number?

The Social Security Act, Section 205(c)(2)(B)(i)(II), requires applicants for Social Security Numbers to be an "applicant for or recipient of benefits under any program financed in whole or in part by Federal funds". And to children on whose behalf benefits are taken, and to aliens after 1972.

There are hundreds of court cases where people are forced to disclose their number. But there are only six court cases1 where people are told to get a number. All were receiving federal welfare benefits.

To-do

Ask your congressman and Social Security Administration and others if SSNs are required to live or work in the United States.

Read my essay that proves SSNs are not required and at the end of the essay watch my 30 minute video warning about Socialism in America.

1 Including one Supreme Court case that turned out to be moot. A little Eskimo girl's father did not want her to get numbered, but it was discovered during the trial that her mother had already applied for one.
