I was fraudulently induced to get a SSN when I was 16 years old.

Just like most people, I never qualified for a Social Security Card.

If you never qualified for a SSN, then DO NOT APPLY. You will become a 14th Amendment citizen and be subject to federal laws.

If you are like me, you can get a copy of your application. You may FOIA your application for a Social Security Card. The application form is form SS-5.

I was able to get a copy of my application by filing form SSA-L996 with the SSA. You might need to use the Freedom of Information Act or Privacy Act to get a copy of yours.

My application for a SS Card shows that it was an IRS Form, Not a SSA form.

That's right. SS cards and numbers are for IRS programs not Social Security.

Notice on my application for an SSN that the IRS claims to be within the Treasury Department (here, at the bottom), which is not the U.S. Treasury (that has the mint). There are seven Departments of the Treasury authorized by law. These are for the federal territories. But this particular Treasury Department is not one of them. You will never be able to find out what authorizes the Treasury Department (that has the IRS, and issues Social Security Cards) to exist, but we know that checks written to the IRS can only be used in payment of the national debt. (according to the IRS' bank endorsement on the back of your tax checks, here). Perhaps it is the foreign Bankruptcy Receivership that seized all assets of the U.S. government in 1933.

You can FOIA the U.S. Treasury to get disclosure of Chapter 3 of their Code of Federal Regulations Title 31. Chapter 3 has not been published since the early 1990s. Chapter 3 has the organization of the U.S. Treasury. The IRS is not within the U.S. Treasury, even though the U.S. Government Manual shows that it is.
