UNITED NATIONS BIRTH REGISTRATION FOR SSN NUMBERS
The United Nations is involved in assigning social Security Numbers to newborn children, and probably everyone else.
Notice that a Federal Regulation refers to the UN as if it was New York City. To understand the legal definition of the term “New York City” as it used in the Code of Federal Regulations, you must first understand that the UN has its headquarters in New York City, and that UNITED NATIONS LAW SUPERSEDES ANY FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAW “WITHIN THE HEADQUARTERS DISTRICT”. This is according to a federal law known as Title 22 U.S. Code section 287; Section 8.
Apparently New York City is on UN soil.
While keeping in mind that New York City, as you know it, is not a State, and is not even the Capital of New York State, notice how federal Social Security regulations refer to New York City (the headquarters of the United Nations) as a State. Title 20, Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter 111 Subpart B 422.103(b)(2):
“(2) Birth registration document. SSA may enter into an agreement with officials of a State, including, for this purpose, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and New York City, to establish, as part of the official birth registration process, a procedure to assist SSA in assigning social security numbers to newborn children.”
That’s right! Social Security numbers have been assigned for nine decades, but officials of the UN headquarters district established a new procedure to assign Social Security numbers to children.
In 1994 the UN’s World Trade Organization (WTO) treaty General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) negotiations were held in Uruguay. Congress implemented the treaty with their Enumeration At Birth Law, section 742
