Here is the part of the Social Security Act of 1935, as amended, that authorizes Social Security Cards to be issued by the IRS (not the SSA) for specific government purposes, as defined in the Social Security Act of 1935.
Section 205c2Bi allows SS numbers to be assigned to aliens, and “to any individual who is an applicant for or recipient of benefits under any program financed in whole or in part from Federal funds”, and to working children whose benefits are claimed by others.
In prior lessons, we learn that the only people who can constitutionally receive federal funds are paupers, and only then, under the federal (not state) 14th Amendment.
Notice in the law itself:
SSNs are NOT assigned for insurance. There is no insurance.
SSNs are NOT assigned to someone in order to “get their money back” because they think they “paid into” an account.
SSNs are NOT assigned to people who can manage their own affairs, except for aliens after 1972 who are accepting federal protection. You confessed that you cannot manage your own affairs (at least, at a minimum, the ability to manage your old age planning), and asked for federal assistance that is available only to paupers. Paupers cannot have rights — even the freed slaves knew that.
Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Every Law Dictionary will tell you “The civil laws reduce an ungrateful freedman to his original slavery” Libertinum ingratum leges civiles in pristinam servitutem redigunt.
SSNs are NOT assigned to workers, although work hours will determine benefits.
SSNs are NOT assigned to state citizens. State citizens are not subject to federal laws except for the 3 crimes mentioned in the Constitution “and no other crimes whatever”.
SSNs are NOT assigned because someone believes that must “pay into” an account that does not exist. (and never has existed)
SSNs are ONLY assigned to paupers supported at public expense.
Paupers cannot have the rights of citizens. (and you know that because you paid income tax, see the lesson You changed your citizenship )
So how did you qualify for a SSN? Did you submit to legalities that you didn’t understand?
