The end of Americana

Americana has been destroyed by socialism. Cloward-Pivin politicians have thrown us into Gehenna — the burning garbage pit of Biblical proportions.

President Teddy Roosevelt’s speech to the New York City Chamber of Commerce, November 11, 1902:

“…  the traditional American self-reliance of spirit which makes them scorn to ask from the government, whether of State or of Nation, anything but a fair field and no favor; who confide not in being helped by others, but in their own skill, energy, and business capacity to achieve success. The first requisite of a good citizen in this Republic of ours is that he shall be able and willing to pull his weight that he shall not be a mere passenger, but shall do his share in the work that each generation of us finds ready to hand; and, furthermore, that in doing his work he shall show not only the capacity for sturdy self-help but also self-respecting regard for the rights of others.”

Consequences

Ignorance of the law is no excuse. “The civil laws reduce an ungrateful freedman to his original slavery” Libertinum ingratum leges civiles in pristinam servitutem redigunt. Every Law Dictionary will tell you this.

Voting to enrich yourself at the expense of others it a conflict of interest. It is the very definition of corruption.  Today’s self-exalted socialist agitators insist that they are entitled to live more comfortably at the expense of others — through a system of force, fear and violence — to extract the lifeblood of their neighbors. Traditional Americana worked because it is a system of treating your neighbor as you would treat yourself.

The Golden Rule has been replaced by violent corruption.

Learn to spot the difference between violence and charity.

The first sentence of the Declaration of Independence says that it is the laws of Nature that entitle the United States to exist.

The laws of nature require that rights be respected.

Natural Liberty and Personal Liberty as defined in Black’s Law Dictionary, Second Edition.

If your liberty is interfered by those who have no respect for the Golden Rule, the laws of nature provide a remedy. The Maxim of Law remains with us today: Legibus sumptis desinentibus, lege naturae utendum est. When laws of the state fail, we must resort to the laws of nature.

The golden calf of socialism

The golden calf of socialism has never worked.

God condemned us to earn our bread by the sweat of our brow. Genesis 3:19. There is no government old-age benefit while you can still manage your own affairs in life. Once you cannot manage your own affairs in life, you will stretch out your hand and others will lead you where you do not want to go. John 21:18. These are within the laws of nature and the laws of nature’s God that entitle the United States to exist. Government welfare is only available to the truly destitute according to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court’s criteria is that you must be without property, unable to manage your own life, and without relatives or friends willing to provide you with a necessity of life.

Ever since the FDR socialists took over the tax system, society has been deceptively persuaded to voluntarily contribute their forced contributions to a FICA tax. Forced welfare contributions are not charity. They are theft. We are a nation of thieves.

In God’s law, those who will not work, shall not eat. Second Thessalonians 3:10. Because a Christian cannot associate with freeloaders (Second Thessalonians 3:6-14)

No one can be forced to provide for you. As President Lincoln said in his second inaugural address, March 4, 1865: “It may seem strange that any men should dare to ask a just God’s assistance in wringing their bread from the sweat of other men’s faces…”

A system of forced welfare contributions is contrary to any God-given free will. Charity should be an individual choice to care for your neighbor’s welfare as much as you love yourself. Within a system of faith, hope and love.

Your wages are now taxed. The Supreme Court once said your wages were your most sacred property. U.S. Supreme Court in Butcher’s Union v. Crescent City 111U.S. 746:

“The property which every man has in his own labor, as it is the original foundation of all other property, so it is the most sacred and inviolable. … to hinder his employing this strength and dexterity in what manner he thinks proper without injury to his neighbor, is a plain violation of this most sacred property.”

Forced welfare only exists within a system of force, fear and violence.

Socialism

The golden calf of Socialism has never worked. It is anti-God. Abraham had to rescue society from the welfare system of Nimrod. Moses had to rescue society from the welfare system of Pharaoh. Christ had to rescue us from the welfare system of Rome. The Corban (forced welfare contribution system) of the pharisees all make the word of God of no effect. Mark 7:11-13.

You were warned that socialism would take, take, take, take until the people want God back into their life. First Samuel 8: 5-17. Then in verse 18 you were told the consequences: “And you will cry out in that day because of your king whom you have chosen for yourselves, and the LORD will not hear you in that day.”

Samuel Adams speech at the State House of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia (1 August 1776). Sam was a signer of the Declaration of Independence, cousin of President John Adams, and an activist at the Boston Tea Party:

“If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. … Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”
— the phrase “crouch down” comes from a translation of the New Testament Greek word for worship. These people knew their Bible.

The fifth plank of the Communist Manifesto is a central bank. Banks are the enemy of Capitalism. Control over the banking system is needed to control buying and selling during the end times. Do you have a banking authorization number that allows you to buy or sell in normal commerce? Do you have a wage authorization number to sell your labor? Your labor is your most sacred property.

Do you still have “the most sacred and inviolable” right to your labor, which is “the original foundation of all other property”? Or did you voluntarily wave your right to earn wages by acquiescing to a power grab?

You waived your right to earn wages, thereby making your wages taxable. If you want to know how you waived your right to earn wages, then study to show yourself approved.

FDR SOCIALISTS destroyed America.

The Secretary of the Treasury is the U.S. representative to INTERPOL.
As a representative to INTERPOL he is forbidden to interfere with international occupation forces. He is there only to take orders.

The Secretary of the Treasury and the U.S. Attorney General were designated as the U.S. representatives to INTERPOL in 1958. The word “representative” is very misleading.

INTERPOL Constitution Article 30 states, in part:

“In the exercise of their duties, the Secretary General and the staff shall neither solicit nor accept instructions from any government or authority outside the organization. They must abstain from any action that might be prejudicial to their international task. Each Member of the Organization shall undertake to respect the exclusively international character of the duties of the Secretary General, and the staff, and abstain from influencing them in the discharge of their duties.”

That’s right! The Secretary of the Treasury must abstain from advising them in the discharge of their duties. He cannot give advice; he can only take orders. He is not the U.S. representative to the International Monetary Fund (IMF); he is the IMF’s manager OF the US. The Secretary of the Treasury takes orders on how to manage IMF property. You are IMF property. All future banking regulations to control you are issued under the authority of the Secretary of the Treasury. They were already pre-authorized by congress in 1933.

As you can see, this is contrary to the U.S. Oaths of office of the Secretary of the Treasury and the Attorney General.

Inquiring minds might want to know just what “international task” and “exclusively international character of the duties” that are being discharged. Hint: the INTERPOL emblem is a world globe with a sword through it. Globalists cannot have a worldwide government until they first destroy all existing governments.

MARK OF THE BEAST CONNECTION

Revelation 13:17 predicted a time when a mark, name or number would be required to buy or sell — it is not just mark, it can be a number. The Mark of the Beast, in the end-times, will control everyone’s buying and selling. If you are controlled by a banking authorization number, or a wage authorization number, then you cannot flippantly dismiss your SSN as a mark of the beast. The FDR Socialists, before they invented Social Security, made sure that they can control everyone with banking regulations. The Banking Regulations are found in Title 12, United States Code. In section 12b, you will find:

That’s right. The multinational authority that is already pre-authorized by the U.S. Congress to control your buying and selling with “actions, regulations, rules, licenses, orders and proclamations heretofore or hereafter taken…” is the very same multinational authority that issues Social Security Cards. Title 12 United States Code, section 95(b) gives the Secretary of the Treasury complete power over us. Whatever drastic actions he wants to take to control us are already authorized by law. His actions “heretofore or hereafter taken” have already been pre-approved by congress in 1933. (This all fits nicely with Revelation 13:10 “if anyone is to go into captivity…).

And in 1994 the GATT treaty (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade) required SSNs for newborn babies in the U.S. (Here). I wrote an article to show how SSNs can be registered at birth by the United Nations Headquarters District. Here…  Yet people still tell me that the SSN is not the Mark because it is not worldwide.

The wrath of God will be poured out, undiluted, into the cup of his indignation. And the smoke of their torment shall rise for ever and ever, who worship the beast, and whosoever receives the mark of his name. Revelation 14:10-11. But those who gain victory over the mark AND over the number of his name, will be given the harps of God, stand on a sea of glass, and sing the song of Moses. Revelation 15:2-3.

Welfare is socialism — it cannot be Christian

Welfare is strong delusion that socialism can exist within Christianity. Socialism cannot recognize individual rights.

Christ told us that Corban — the forced Roman system of charity — will nullify the word of God (Mark 7:11-13). Note that this is NOT the earlier system of voluntary welfare contributions, Qorban, Strong’s H7133.

It is your responsibility to administer your charity in a way that strengthens the able-bodied disadvantaged — so that they will not become dependent on you. The government system of forced contributions only weakens the disadvantaged and keeps them captive in a system that abuses them. It encourages sloth and victimization.

Once you believe that government forced charity will relieve you of your responsibility to love your fellow man as much as you love yourself, Or take care of widows and orphans, Or heal the sick, shelter the homeless, comfort the afflicted, or feed his sheep — God will send you a strong delusion that you might believe a lie.

We are all created equal with Creator endowed unalienable rights that governments are instituted among men to secure. This, of course, excludes forced redistribution of your wealth. And it violates the three rights of all mankind.

Individual Welfare is not authorized by the U.S. Constitution.

To counter those rumors that the “general welfare” clause in the proposed Constitution would authorize any kind of welfare, James Madison, in Federalist Paper #41, explained its clear intent. He stated that it “is an absurdity” to claim that the General Welfare clause confounds or misleads, because this introductory clause is followed by enumeration of specific particulars that explain and qualify the meaning of phrase “general welfare”.

That’s right! Your Constitution was ratified under the assurance that it would never be interpreted to provide welfare to individuals.

• In 1792, Congressman and future-President James Madison voted against a congressional appropriation to assist war refugees. He said “I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents.”
• President Franklin Pierce in 1854 vetoed a health care bill to help the mentally ill. He said “I cannot find any authority in the Constitution for public charity…. [this] would be contrary to the letter and the spirit of the Constitution and subversive to the whole theory upon which the Union of these States is founded.”
• In 1897, President Grover Cleveland vetoed an appropriation to provide disaster aid to victims of a Texas drought. His veto stated: “I feel obliged to withhold my approval of the plan to indulge in benevolent and charitable sentiment through the appropriation of public funds… I find no warrant for such an appropriation in the Constitution. The lesson should be constantly enforced that though the people should support the government, the government should not support the people.”

FORCED CHARITY is not charity.

Voluntary charity exists within a nation that believes we should love our neighbor as much as we love ourselves, in a system of faith, hope, and charity.
Forced charity only exists in a system of force, fear and violence.
People today cannot spot the difference between love and violence. They have not received love of the truth. They live within all deceivableness of unrighteousness that they might believe a lie. They shall receive strong delusion according to the Bible.

And indeed, government welfare is “contrary to the letter and the spirit of the Constitution and subversive to the whole theory upon which the Union of these States is founded.” — just as President Polk said it would be.

Why would a reasonably intelligent person be left-leaning?

This left v. right question has be asked and re-asked throughout the history of mankind. The answers are always similar.

Reasonably intelligent answers throughout history

2150 years ago Greek Historian Polybius wrote The Histories Of the Roman Republic 220-146 BC, Book 6, section 9:

“But when a new generation arises and the democracy falls into the hands of the grandchildren of its founders … when they begin to lust for power and cannot attain it through themselves or their own good qualities, they ruin their estates, tempting and corrupting the people in every possible way. And hence when by their foolish thirst for reputation they have created among the masses an appetite for gifts and the habit of receiving them, democracy in its turn is abolished and changes into a rule of force and violence. For the people, having grown accustomed to feed at the expense of others and to depend for their livelihood on the property of others, as soon as they find a leader who is enterprising but is excluded from the houses of office by his penury, institute the rule of violence; and now uniting their forces massacre, banish, and plunder, until they degenerate again into perfect savages and find once more a master and monarch. “

And 2000 years ago Plutarch said “It is truly said that the first destroyer of the liberties of a people is he who gave them bounties and largesse. ”

Cicero in 45BC wrote about the same problem. Here is H. Rackham’s 1914 translation of Section 1.10.33 of Cicero’s De finibus bonorum et malorum:

“[33] On the other hand, we denounce with righteous indignation and dislike men who are so beguiled and demoralized by the charms of pleasure of the moment, so blinded by desire, that they cannot foresee the pain and trouble that are bound to ensue; and equal blame belongs to those who fail in their duty through weakness of will, which is the same as saying through shrinking from toil and pain. These cases are perfectly simple and easy to distinguish. In a free hour, when our power of choice is untrammeled and when nothing prevents our being able to do what we like best, every pleasure is to be welcomed and every pain avoided. But in certain circumstances and owing to the claims of duty or the obligations of business it will frequently occur that pleasures have to be repudiated and annoyances accepted. The wise man therefore always holds in these matters to this principle of selection: he rejects pleasures to secure other greater pleasures, or else he endures pains to avoid worse pains.”

This was true when Samuel Adams speech at the Pennsylvania State House, August 1, 1776 told the greedy anti-freedom opportunists to “crouch down and lick the hands which feed you.”

When the proposed U.S. Constitution was debated in the State Senates.

This was still true when Congressman Davy Crockett made his famous “it is not yours to give” speech. It is not their money to give, not even for disaster relief in a federal territory.

Why do you want laws that force others to provide for you? You are demanding theft and extortion. It violates the Tenth Commandment to not covet your neighbor’s wealth.

Presidents also warned us

President Franklin Pierce in 1854 vetoed our nation’s first health care bill — a bill to help the mentally ill.  His veto said:

“I cannot find any authority in the Constitution for public charity…. [this] would be contrary to the letter and the spirit of the Constitution and subversive to the whole theory upon which the Union of these States is founded.”

In Genesis 3:19 the unchanging God of the Bible requires you to earn your bread from the sweat of your face.
This principle was still true when Abraham Lincoln gave his second Inaugural Address, March 4, 1865: “It may seem strange that any men should dare to ask a just God’s assistance in wringing their bread from the sweat of other men’s faces…”

He was talking about slavery. That’s right. Forced welfare contributions are just as immoral as slavery. Welfare and slavery are the same thing. It is using laws to force others to provide you with the fruits of another man’s labor. If you expect others to provide what you want, then you are as corrupt as a slave owner.

This was still true for Grover Cleveland’s veto of government pensions June 21, 1886:

“. . . Every relaxation of principle in the granting of pensions invites applications without merit and encourages those who for gain urge honest men to become dishonest. This is the demoralizing lesson taught the people that as against the public Treasury the most questionable expedients are allowable.
. . . I venture to suggest the significance of the startling increase in this kind of legislation and the consequences involved in its continuance.”

This was still true for the Teddy Roosevelt speech to the New York City Chamber of Commerce November 11, 1902:

“it is a pleasure to address a body whose members possess to an eminent degree the traditional American self-reliance of spirit which makes them scorn to ask from the government, whether of State or of Nation, anything but a fair field and no favor; who confide not in being helped by others, but in their own skill, energy, and business capacity to achieve success. The first requisite of a good citizen in this Republic of ours is that he shall be able and willing to pull his weight that he shall not be a mere passenger, but shall do his share in the work that each generation of us finds ready to hand; and, furthermore, that in doing his work he shall show not only the capacity for sturdy self-help but also self-respecting regard for the rights of others.”

Those who receive not a love for the truth shall receive strong delusion that they should believe a lie.

Reasonably intelligent answers from the Bible:

  • The apostle Paul repeated King David’s warning that government charity would be a snare to trap you. Romans 11:9
  • Galatians 5:15 paraphrase: if you devour your neighbor, you risk being devoured yourself.
  • Second Thessalonians 2:11 God himself gives them over to strong delusion that they might believe a lie.
  • Romans 1:28 God himself gives them a reprobate mind.
  • Christ himself, at the Last Supper, told us to not be like the kings of the gentiles (ie, pagan governments). We are not to be benefactors.
