Meanwhile, Washington State is hiring COVID Strike Teams. The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) division of Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) “ensures the agency and its local health, tribal, and medical partners are better prepared to respond to and recover from public health emergencies, major disasters, and terrorist activities that affect the health of the people of Washington State. “

“People who test positive for COVID-19 or who are exposed to someone who tests positive are asked to isolate or quarantine (I & Q) away from other people for 10 to 14 days in order to reduce risk of transmitting the virus to others. …
Team members provide transportation to and from the facility in vans that have been altered to separate air flow to protect the driver. …

These positions implement policies and procedures that guide the work of the team.”

And just what are these “activities to support state response … [to] implement policies and procedures that guide the work of the team”? You can find these in Washington State regulation WAC 246-100-040 that requires

“(1) At his or her sole discretion, a local health officer may issue an emergency detention order causing a person or group of persons to be immediately detained for purposes of isolation or quarantine in accordance with subsection (3) of this section, …”

Why are U.S. citizens the property of the United States government?

Answer 1: The Supreme Court in the Cruikshank case, 92 US 542 at 551:

“It is the natural consequence of a citizenship which owes allegiance to two sovereignties, and claims protection from both. The citizen cannot complain, because he has voluntarily submitted himself to such a form of government.”

By the way, your natural birth did not voluntarily submit yourself to such a form of government. I’ve written extensively on this topic. Getting an SSN is what voluntarily submitted yourself.

Answer 2: Involuntary servitude is illegal, Voluntary servitude is what you agreed to when applying for a passport. This presumes an oath of Allegiance Title 22 US Code 212 *. And now the Real ID Act ** driver licenses of most states do the same thing.

The Oath of Allegiance is defined by Homeland Security in their Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations, section 337*** as a commitment:

“… I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God”

Repayment of the National Debt is “work of national importance”. Your forced slavery in work camps is what you agreed to.

The thirteenth amendment prohibits involuntary servitude. But you volunteered. You agreed. Perpetual slavery 24 hours a day is what you agreed to when you claim to be a citizen. Now all they need is a law to force your labor to pay the national debt.

Well, guess what. The laws already exist.

Every Law Dictionary will tell you that Libertinum ingratum leges civiles in pristinam servitutem redigunt. “The civil laws reduce an ungrateful freedman to his original slavery” Maybe you think this law does not apply to you. Maybe you think that you are not a slave. Think again.

And don’t think that concentration camps will not exist. The U.S. Constitution maximized two things: liberty and responsibility.  But you didn’t want responsibility.

Infrastructure is not a federal government function. Infrastructure remains Unconstitutional. Always was. Always will be. No one who swears an oath to uphold the Constitution can use parliamentary procedure to commit mutiny.*

James Madison was called “The Father of the Constitution”. President James Madison vetoed the Bonus Bill of 1817, which would use federal funds to build roads, bridges, and canals throughout the country.

He would not participate in the unconstitutional act. The Constitution authorizes only specific enumerated powers. He wrote “The legislative powers vested in Congress are specified and enumerated in the eighth section of the first article of the Constitution,…and it does not appear that the power proposed to be exercised by the bill is among the enumerated powers.”

His veto stated that using the Commerce Clause, or the General Welfare Clause, or the Necessary and Proper Clause to justify a law “would be contrary to the established and consistent rules of interpretation, as rendering the special and careful enumeration of powers which follow the clause nugatory and improper,” adding that the bill “would have the effect of giving to Congress a general power of legislation instead of the defined and limited one hitherto understood to belong to them.”

The infrastructure appropriation that the bill called for “can not be deduced from any part of it without an inadmissible latitude of construction and reliance on insufficient precedents,”

Here is his veto:

“To the House of Representatives of the United States:
Having considered the bill this day presented to me entitled “An act to set apart and pledge certain funds for internal improvements,” and which sets apart and pledges funds “for constructing roads and canals, and improving the navigation of water courses, in order to facilitate, promote, and give security to internal commerce among the several States, and to render more easy and less expensive the means and provisions for the common defense,” I am constrained by the insuperable difficulty I feel in reconciling the bill with the Constitution of the United States to return it with that objection to the House of Representatives, in which it originated. The legislative powers vested in Congress are specified and enumerated in the eighth section of the first article of the Constitution, and it does not appear that the power proposed to be exercised by the bill is among the enumerated powers, or that it falls by any just interpretation with the power to make laws necessary and proper for carrying into execution those or other powers vested by the Constitution in the Government of the United States. “The power to regulate commerce among the several States” can not include a power to construct roads and canals, and to improve the navigation of water courses in order to facilitate, promote, and secure such commerce without a latitude of construction departing from the ordinary import of the terms strengthened by the known inconveniences which doubtless led to the grant of this remedial power to Congress. The book of Revelation reveals a time when buying and selling will be controlled by a global monetary system. No one¹ can buy or sell without a mark, name or number of a Beast.

What is a Beast in Bible prophecy? In the Bible, a Beast represents a government according to three angels: Daniel 7:24, Daniel 8:20 and in Revelation 17:12.

The beast’s deep-state infiltrators demand strict compliance. Protest is not an option. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile. Example: those people who donated to peaceful protests by truckers had their bank accounts seized.

You cannot comply your way out of tyranny.

Cashless society

The globalists who have infiltrated most governments of the world already control the world’s banking system. They will soon have their own crypto currency so they can force us to have a cashless society.

The private digital currencies, such as Bitcoin, will soon become illegal. The central banks of the world will force governments to outlaw private digital currency because it is the currency of criminals, money launderers, hackers, drug dealers, tax evaders, etc.

The Bank for International Settlements and seven central banks including the Federal Reserve, published a report laying out some key requirements for central bank digital currencies, or CBDCs.

The USA no longer has gold backed dollars. Ever since 1971 we have Petrodollars backed by the Saudi Arabian wealth. It is an agreement to pay for their oil in dollars. These foreign owned dollars remain overseas as the world’s reserve currency. (Replacing the British pound as the prior reserve currency).

What could possibly happen when the world realizes that the world’s reserve currency can evaporate into thin air?

On July 27 the Federal Reserve Bank — which is a private corporation, not a government agency — at least not the U.S. government — announced the new FedCoin. It will eventually replace the currency. (See the links listed below — It cannot be stopped or resisted.)

FedCoin was authorized by the first COVID relief bill.

As it is in China today, a government social credit score will determine the fines you pay for non compliance with policy. You could be totally cutoff from all funds. Civil Asset Forfeiture is already here, this is just the next step in total control.

FedCoin is a crypto currency using block chain. They can follow each FedCoin wherever it goes. They will now how you received it and where you spent it. If Congress passes a sales tax, every expenditure can then be taxed.²

MARK OF THE BEAST

Just in case you missed it — the mark is issued by those who control a monetary system.

2. If you were following history, you would know that the last time they took our currency, they considered everything you own as belonging to the government. According to the FDR socialists, the 1933 Senate Document 43 On page 13 explains the official USA socialist ownership:
