Fundamentals of freedom in the U.S.

Yes the Constitution DID secure the blessings of liberty. Until you consented to be governed. (hint: civil servants wanted power to dominate others, they did not want to be servants).
Here are the fundamentals and brief answers to explain why you do not have rights:

•The Declaration of Independence says the Laws of Nature and the Laws of Nature’s God entitle the United States to exist.
— man-made rights are not rights, they are privileges to do something that is otherwise unlawful.
— Most people refuse to live in harmony with the Laws of Nature. Or nature’s God.
•The Declaration of Independence says all men are created equal.
— But most people did not want to be equal. They consented to be governed. There are many ways to consent to be governed: Apply for a SSN, apply for welfare, work for the government, register to vote when there is a bond issue on the ballot, hire a bar attorney, confess that you cannot manage your own life, falsely confess that you are subject to a law. Sign something that you do not understand. Take an oath — even a signature under penalty of perjury is a perjury oath. Watch as someone manages your affairs and remain silent. Apply for a right and pay a license fee (marriage, travel, common occupation, dog license, permit — called an ID card — to walk on the sidewalk, etc).
— One only swears oaths to superiors, just like it said in Hebrews 6:16. Example: Government officers swear oaths-of-office to be our subordinates. They were created equal, but want to serve others. They consent to be governed by the Constitution they swear to uphold. Government derives their just powers from their consent, or they can quit. But a Ward of the government (you) cannot quit. A military member cannot quit.
•The Declaration of Independence says we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights.
— This is still true today. But you are allowed a free-will. You can sell your birthright.
— God hated Esau who sold his birthright for a bowl of stew (welfare). Romans 9:13, Malachi 1:3.
— In the Bible the Apostle Paul repeated King David’s warning that government charity would be a snare to trap you. Romans 11:9, Psalm 69:22.
•The Declaration of Independence says that governments are instituted among men to secure certain Creator-endowed unalienable rights.
— True. But when you consented to be governed, you forfeit those rights. You had thousands of unalienable rights. But you exchanged them for the six rights they give you.

Writing the Declaration of Independence

— Government privileges are not rights. But people call them rights. If you are required to sign for a government benefit, then it is not a right. A forced signature is not even a signature, it is a crime.
•The Constitution said it secured the blessings of liberty.
— True. Until you consent to be governed.
•Government authority is delegated only by the Constitution. The tenth amendment says so, as do Supreme Court decisions.
— Other (non constitutional) acts can be allowed by the Laws of Nature, such as an individual’s right to save a life.
— Government can also save a life. This allows basic welfare to save a life. Once you request a government welfare benefit, you confessed that you were unable to manage your own life. You then become a ward of the government. You exchanged your thousands of unalienable rights for the six right they allow you to have.
•According to Vice President Thomas Jefferson, People in states are subject only to three federal crimes. The three crimes mentioned in the U.S. Constitution, and no other crimes whatever.
— True. This has not changed. (for those who kept their rights).
— According to the Supreme Court and other courts and law textbooks, people in states are not protected by federal laws, not even the first eight amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Not even bankruptcy. Not even the U.S. Constitutional guarantee of the due process of law.
— According to the Supreme Court States must protect their people from the federal government.
•The IRS is not an agency of the United States. The IRS employees’ payroll is paid by the Department of Agriculture.
— And income tax is only for foreigners. In the Bible Christ agreed that Kings of the earth only take tribute from foreigners.
•Nobody is required to get or have a SSN to live or work in the U.S.
•Social Security Cards can only be issued to applicants for welfare programs funded by federal funds. (Paupers).
— Paupers are people supported at public expense. The Articles of Confederation says they have no rights of citizenship. Neither do fugitives. (The Constitution was constituted under the Articles of Confederation.)
•Welfare for people is not authorized by the U.S. Constitution. The constitutional term “General Welfare” is only for the specific things listed.
•Socialists cannot become citizens of the United States.
•The civil laws reduce the ungrateful freedman to a condition of servitude.
“a state of dependence will inevitably oblige the inferior to take the will of him, on whom he depends, …” (even though they were created equal)
•The word “Cession” is used in your Constitution in Article 1, section 8 clause 17 for the government acquisition of Washington DC. Cession is not the word ‘ceded’. “Cession” does not imply permanent federal jurisdiction, or even federal land title to Washington, DC.
•The Civil law IS the Roman Law.
•According to the Supreme Court Presidents must be residents. Senators and Congressmen must not be inhabitants.
•Judicial courts are established (not constituted) by Article 3. Legislative tribunals are constituted (not established) by Article 1.
— You are confused because tribunals call themselves courts.
— Judicial powers are delegated by the Constitution to the courts established by it.
— The Constitution that created separate branches of government also requires specific checks and balances.
— Legislative authority cannot delegate judicial powers because they have no judicial powers to delegate. A statute of limitations or court sentencing guidelines cannot apply to judicial courts.
— Nor can judicial authority be delegated to the legislature because the judicial branch has legislative powers to delegate.
•There are eight Amendments to the Constitution (13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 23, 24, 26) that say Congress shall enforce them.
— Even if they are contrary to State Constitutions.
— These Amendments are not self-enforced as the Supreme Law of The Land that judges in every State shall be bound thereby (Article 6, second paragraph)
— These Amendments are enforced in Legislative Tribunals that call themselves “courts”

•Every law dictionary will tell you: All men are either freemen or slaves. Omnes hominess aut liberi sunt aut servi.
— Judges only have two boxes to put you. Think outside your box.
