AMERICA HELD CAPTIVE — Part 4 — How to recognize oppression when you see it

Can you recognize oppression when you see it? Or have you been blinded?
— by Steven D. Miller

Your rights were once enforced by the courts.  For example, The U.S. Supreme Court in Byars v. U.S., 273 US 28 (1927) quoted their earlier decision in Boyd.

…and it is the duty of the courts to be watchful for the constitutional rights of the citizen, and against any stealthy encroachments thereon.”

Unfortunately for you, these stealthy encroachments continued and accelerated.

HISTORY from 1835

“Society will develop a new kind of servitude which covers the surface of society with a network of complicated rules, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate. It does not tyrannise but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd.”
―  Alexis deTocqueville, Democracy in America, Volume 2

LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS

The Supreme Court once upheld standards that would determine whether or not you were being oppressed.

To understand the very basics of what freedom was like before oppression set in, consider an 1886 citizenship case that was decided by the U.S. Supreme Court. The U.S. Supreme Court, Yick Wo v Hopkins 118 U.S. 356 (1886) at page 370:

For the very idea that one man may be compelled to hold his life, or the means of living, or any material right essential to the enjoyment of life, at the mere will of another, seems to be intolerable in any free country where freedom prevails, as being the essence of slavery itself.”

How do you like that?

  • Is your means of living taxed from you by others? Are you forced to sign agreements you don’t agree to? Can you be jailed for minor infractions that do not injure anyone?
  • Is your means of living held at the will of another until you get a wage authorization number, or an occupational license, or agree to have extortion withheld from your pay?
  • Is your life held at the will of another until you beg for a prescription to buy life saving medications?
  • Are you forced to surrender your children for vaccinations that the vaccine manufacturer says can kill them? See footnote 1. Do you have any material right that is “essential to the enjoyment of life” such as the right to travel without paying others for a government travel ID (permit)?  Or the right to access the judicial courts without getting a notary’s permission?  How about the right to buy temporary shelter without a government ID permit?
  • What about life itself?  Are you forced to register for selective service whenever the globalists’ requisition soldiers?  See footnote 2
  •  Have you learned to recognize oppression?

If so, then according to this standard established by the U.S. Supreme Court YOU ARE LIVING THE ESSENCE OF SLAVERY ITSELF.

FREEDOM FROM SLAVERY?

Prior to the Constitution slaves in America needed their owner’s permission to take drugs.  Our Constitutions, State and National, did not abolish slavery.  But they did abolish the ONLY drug law that existed, even though the slaves were not yet free.  Law textbooks said that pre-constitution slave rights had been “wholly annihilated, or reduced to a shadow” and that the Constitution changed this. (quote is from Tucker’s 1803 Virginia law encyclopedia Book 1, Part 2, Note H “The state of slavery”).  That’s right.  Prescription drug laws were too oppressive in America, even for slaves.

The right to defend yourself against corporal assaults is one of the three rights of all mankind that cannot be surrendered to government.

If you have high blood pressure and you need to beg for permission to buy the meds you need to live, then you do not live in a free country. You cannot buy them from a created-equal citizen.  It is no different than the pre-constitution slave laws.  You must get permission to live from a government approved shaman who will write you a government monitored prescription to present to a government approved sorcerer3 who will sell you the government approved, regulated and restricted right to life itself. Perhaps your rights have also been “wholly annihilated, or reduced to a shadow”.  If you think that there is a law that restricts drug purchasing, then you are worse off than a slave.  Don’t claim to live in a free country if you have never seen liberty.

FORCED PUBLIC EDUCATION

The U.S. Supreme Court keeps ruling over and over again that it is the parents’ duty to educate their children. And forced public education is the tenth plank of The Communist Manifesto.

The State’s child’s first experience with daddy government (parens patriae) is to be kidnapped by the state doctor who is an agent of the state, and stabbed for a blood test before they can get their first hug from mom.  The doctor does this without asking permission from the parents because he already has permission from the child’s owner.  Then the child is given to a parent (state recognized custodian).  The state’s child is scheduled to be injected with toxins that the manufacturer’s package warning says can kill them.   This violates the genocide treaty.  But they get away with it.  Most parents institutionalize “their” children at age five.  At age 18 the state’s children are give a chance to be deprogrammed.  But most will remain clueless. Stupefied.  Dumbfounded.

Abraham Lincoln warned us:

The philosophy of the school room in one generation will be the philosophy of government in the next.”

NECESSITIES OF LIFE
You must now beg for permission to buy necessities of life.
Food, shelter, and medications are necessities of life.  Can you buy or sell necessities of life without government permission or is your life held at the will of another?

HOUSING

Housing is also a necessity of life according to the Supreme Court Shapiro v. Thompson, 394 U.S. 618 and Dandridge v. Williams, 397 U.S. 471, etc.  Yet you cannot get housing, rent an apartment or stay at a motel without a housing authorization number (or a government credential obtained upon proving that you have a banking authorization number).   You must beg for a permit to live right here in a country where the Constitution prohibits States from passing any law restricting the obligations of contracts.

But it is worse than that.
The world was outraged that ISIS in Syria would starve the Christians to death with their “kneel or starve” policy.  But the same policy in the United States is just as outrageous and nobody seems to care.   In order to get an ID credential in the U.S. you must have allegiance to the state.  The Department of Homeland Security has a regulation that defines what they mean by allegiance. You must be willing to perform unlimited labor under civilian direction when required by law.

In a country where everyone holds the truth that we are created equal, you must declare that you are subordinate to “your” civil servants.  Ever since Biblical times people only take oaths to superiors, according to Hebrews 6:16.

Don’t claim to live in a free country until you have the right to contract.

RESTRICTIONS ON TRAVEL

  • Plates
  • Insurance
  • License

Robertson v. Department of Public Works 180 Wash 133, 39 P2d 596 (1934):

Complete freedom of the highways is so old and well established a blessing that we have forgotten the days of the “Robber Barons” and toll roads, and yet, under an act like this, arbitrarily administered, the highways may be completely monopolized. If, through lack of interest, the people submit, then they may look to see the most sacred of their liberties taken from them one by one by more or less rapid encroachment.”

That’s right.  You were warned in 1934 that if “the people submit, then they may look to see the most sacred of their liberties taken from them one by one by more or less rapid encroachment.”

US Supreme Court Aptheker v. Secretary of State, 378 U.S. 500 (1964):

Free movement by the citizen is of course as dangerous to a tyrant as free expression of ideas or the right of assembly and it is therefore controlled in most countries in the interests of security. … That is why the ticketing of people and the use of identification papers are routine matters under totalitarian regimes, yet abhorrent in the United States
Freedom of movement, at home and abroad, is important for job and business opportunities – for cultural, [378 U.S. 500, 520]   political, and social activities – for all the commingling which gregarious man enjoys. Those with the right of free movement use it at times for mischievous purposes. But that is true of many liberties we enjoy. We nevertheless place our faith in them, and against restraint, knowing that the risk of abusing liberty so as to give rise to punishable conduct is part of the price we pay for this free society. ..
Freedom of movement is kin to the right of assembly and to the right of association. These rights may not be abridged, …

… Absent war, I see no way to keep a citizen from traveling within or without the country, unless there is power to detain him. Ex parte Endo, 323 U.S. 283 . And no authority to detain exists except under extreme conditions, e. g., unless he has been convicted of a crime or unless there is probable cause for issuing a warrant of arrest by standards of the Fourth Amendment. This freedom of movement is the very essence of our free society, setting us apart. Like the right of assembly and the right of association, it often makes all other rights meaningful – knowing, studying, arguing, exploring, conversing, observing and even thinking. Once the right to travel is curtailed, all other rights suffer, …”

ORDINARY ACTIVITIES ARE CONTROLLED in States that have no authority to impair the obligations of contracts.

You cannot even sell lemonade from your own front yard without government permission.

Are you protected from ordinary situations? Protected from unemployment by mandatory insurance payments, protected at work by injury comp, protected by consumer protection laws, OSHA regulations, protected from pollution, bank failures, retirement, barking dogs, unlicensed barbers, lemonade stands and paint fumes, etc.

Are you “protected” by a building inspector’s fines if you don’t beg for a permit to repair your back porch?  I read about someone who was fined $30,000 for building a backyard deck that would cast a shadow onto a wetland.  In the same nation where our great great grandfathers, without permission from their servants, bridged wetlands and blasted tunnels through mountain ranges to build railroads from sea to shining sea.

The existence of the collective’s choice (to choose for you) denies that you have a free will.  The collective will determine how much privacy you can have, how much money you can keep, how you contract for necessities of life, how much water your toilet can flush, and how much wattage your light bulb can shine on your toilet or how much water flow your shower can trickle onto your head.

Do you even have a right to sell your labor4 without first contracting with government for a work authorization number?

Do you have a right to contract with Greyhound, Amtrak, or any airline without government ID that proves you have waived your right to travel?

In a nation where everyone once had a moral duty to help his neighbor —  It is illegal to tell someone that eating citrus fruit can prevent scurvy even though it was known since 1497.  It is illegal to tell someone that dehydration can be cured by drinking water.  Is it any wonder that government restricted health care is expensive?

U.S. Constitution Article 1, section 10: prohibits any State from passing ANY law impairing the Obligation of Contracts.  So how can they shut down lemonade stands on private property for not getting all of the following: business license, food establishment permit, food safety permits, health inspections, requirements for on-site running water and refrigeration, approved fire extinguisher, federal and state tax registration, proof of waste disposal contract for the lemonade stand not just for the address, etc.

By the way, States do not license attorneys.  Only the bar association licenses attorneys. States license anything they think is a threat to the safety of 14th Amendment citizens, such as architects, barbers and plumbers but they do not license attorneys who can destroy your life.  It is beyond their jurisdiction.

The attacks on freedom are unrelenting. Examples:

  • You deprived your children of their birthright by your probate contract.
  • The GATT treaty (during the Uruguay Round Agreements) now requires U.S. parents to get SSNs for infants.    Proof Public Law 103-465 section 742
  • And don’t forget to read my essay on judicial injustice.

In America, oppression is a way of life.  Not freedom.

There are none so hopelessly enslaved as those who falsely believe they are free.

Footnote 1
The U.S. Supreme Court in the 1905 case Jacobson v. Massachusetts 197 US 11, determined that even in an emergency epidemic the vaccine regulations cannot apply to children “this cannot be deemed a denial of the equal protection of the laws to adults; for the statute is applicable equally to all in like condition, and there are obviously reasons why regulations may be appropriate for adults which could not be safely applied to persons of tender years.”

Footnote 2
Daniel Webster, Speech in the House of Representatives,
January 14, 1814
“Where is it written in the Constitution, in what article or
section is it contained, that you may take children from their
parents and parents from their children, and compel them to
fight the battles of any war in which the folly and wickedness
of the government may engage itself? Under what concealment has
this power lain hidden, which now for the first time comes
forth, with a tremendous and baleful aspect, to trample down
and destroy the dearest right of personal liberty? Who will
show me any Constitutional injunction which makes it the duty
of the American people to surrender everything valuable in life,
and even life, itself, whenever the purposes of an ambitious
and mischievous government may require it? … A free
government with an uncontrolled power of military conscription
is the most ridiculous and abominable contradiction and
nonsense that ever entered into the heads of men”

Footnote 3:
Pharmacy is sorcery, they both are English translations of the same original word.  The Bible predicts the future fall of Babylon the Great.  The King James Version says “for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived” in Revelation 18:23.  The original Greek word that is translated as the English word sorceries was pharmakeia — from which we get today’s English word pharmacy.

Footnote 4

In a nation where the Supreme Court ruled in Butcher’s Union v. Crescent City 111U.S. 746 that  “The property which every man has in his own labor, as it is the original foundation of all other property, so it is the most sacred and inviolable.”
Do you still have “the most sacred and inviolable” right to your labor, which is “the original foundation of all other property”? Or did you wave your right to earn wages, thereby making your wages taxable? If you do not own the most sacred and inviolable rights to your body, then you are a slave.
