allegiance (noun) · allegiances (plural noun)
loyalty or commitment of a subordinate to a superior or of an individual to a group or cause.
I hold the truth that we are all created equal. As you can see from the above definition, allegiance is only for those who are subordinate. NOT equal.
Basics.
Swearing oaths, or saluting someone, both prove allegiance to others. They both do the same thing.
- One only swears oaths to superiors, just like it said in Hebrews 6:16. Example: Government officers swear oaths-of-office to be our subordinates.
- A salute is the assuming of a body position initiated by the inferior toward the superior. In the Bible Christ was offered authority over all kingdoms if he would bow down to Satan. (Matthew 4:9). A simple body position is sufficient to relinquish your “created equal” status. The same pecking-order continues today. Standing for a judge entering a courtroom does the same thing.
- You agreed to be subordinate. You consented to be governed. “The citizen cannot complain because he voluntarily submitted himself …” The Supreme Court’s words “cannot complain” means you have no standing in any court to redress your grievances. You now have only the six civil rights they give you.
“We The People” created government where no one needed a notarized signature in order to secure the blessings of liberty to their posterity. The posterity now need to beg for Roman notaries to attest to your swearing. Warning: Swearing is worship — an oath is always a religious ceremony.
Swearing oaths is contrary to Christ’s command to never swear (Matthew 5:34). See my articles on Allegiance, Idolatry and my book on Oaths. James 5:12 tells us how important it is to never swear oaths. Proof of allegiance is evidence that will be used against you. Actions speak louder than words. Saluting, bowing, affirming, and signing documents under penalty of perjury are all the same.
Non compliance is not sufficient to resist their barbarism. They use a maxim of law “Those who refuse to fight must lose” (Although not Roman, this Shetar law worked itself into our laws).
Allegiance to counterfeit authority
Government IDs are only available to those who sign government documents by swearing under penalty of perjury. An oath is only taken to superiors. If you take their ID, you have confessed to being inferior, no longer equal.
A counterfeit is a close imitation to something genuine. Sometimes it is a very close imitation. Obedience to counterfeit authority is mutiny against lawful authority.
Your government has been overthrown. So just how do the over-throwers gain submission. Forced submission is not submission. There are many answers: like Esau, you can sell your birthright for a benefit. Benefits “oblige the inferior to take the will of him on who he depends”. You can lie, and teach the children to submit to new authority.
Pre-existing laws remain in full force
When a government is overthrown the new government must accept the pre-existing law as the received law of the land.
The United States Supreme Court in 1908 in Ponce v. Roman Catholic Apostolic Church determined:
“Of course, in case of cession to the United States; laws of the ceded country inconsistent with the Constitution and laws of the United States, so far as applicable, would cease to be of obligatory force; but otherwise the municipal laws of the acquired country continue.”
And after the Civil War the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in White v. Texas that the common functions of government would be accepted as valid even though Texas was overthrown and run by the Confederacy.
Example: Our 50th State, Hawaii, must honor the Common Laws of England. This was so important that they made it their first law in Hawaii Revised Statute (HRS) 1.1-1
Fundamentals of Allegiance
- You are a servant to whomever you serve. Romans 6:16
- Swearing oaths is proof of allegiance. See the definition of Roman Law in the introduction. One only takes oaths to superiors Hebrews 6:16. God hated Esau who, with an oath, sold his birthright for a bowl of welfare. (Romans 9:13, Malachi 1:3)
- One only salutes superiors. A salute is the assuming of a body position by the inferior toward the superior. Raise your right hand, kneel, bow, genuflect, curtsy, prostrate, obeisance, kowtow, or stoop. Do homage, deference, lick the boots … etc. Romans 11:10 uses the phrase “bow down their back”. Even standing when a judge enters a courtroom. Actions speak louder than words. Even asking for help (supplicate, beseech, adjure) is proof that you cannot manage your own affairs.
- Dwight Eisenhower said “if an American wants to preserve his dignity and his equality as a human being, he must not bow his neck to any dictatorial government.” (More…)
- John Dickinson, signer of the U.S. Constitution, also used a similar phrase to explain that you cannot comply your way out of tyranny. “If you quietly bend your Necks to that Yoke, you prove yourselves ready to receive any Bondage to which your Lords and Masters shall please to subject you.”
- Oaths are contrary to the Second Commandment “Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them nor serve them.” It does not matter to the brutal final world government how you genuflect to them. Today’s society will bow down to them, swear oaths in courtrooms to them, salute graven images, and they will swear perjury oath signatures on tax returns. - Governments are artificial entities. Created by men. Manmade (graven). See my essay on water rights for legal proofs.
Those who are created equal become unequal by saluting or swearing. An equal will never salute or swear oaths. Christians will not swear oaths (Matthew 5:34, James 5:12)
The unchanging LORD Yehovah of the Bible wants you to be a free soul under his authority. Not in bondage to any Nimrod, Babylon, Pharaoh or Caesar (from which we were delivered).
The first two Commandments are about allegiance, Loyalty and Love. And warnings against idolatry (mutiny). The first two Commandments:
- Exodus 20:2 (KJV) I am the LORD [Yhôvâh] thy God [Elohiym], which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
- Exodus 20:3 (KJV) Thou shalt have no other gods [Elohiym] before me.
- Exodus 20:4 (KJV) Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
- Exodus 20:5 (KJV) Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD [Yhôvâh] thy God [Elohiym] am a jealous God [Elohiym], visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
- Exodus 20:6 (KJV) And showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
Idolatry. It is idolatry to invent in your mind a different god of your own choosing. Worshiping a counterfeit god is mutiny against the unchanging Yhôvâh of the Bible. Read more at idolatry.
Loyalty. A jealous God does not want you to bow down (worship) a manmade artificial entity, nor the golden calf of socialism. Nor pledge to, or salute, a graven fabric.
Love. Showing mercy to thousands who love Him and keep his commandments. Conversely, those who love Him enough to obey Him will receive mercy.

[When a government is overthrown, the over-throwers do not demand allegiance from the people. Children at government schools must be indoctrinated to violate their parents’ culture. The next generations will be ignorant of traditional values. Now that everyone was taught to automatically worship an artificial entity, the Real ID laws can demand allegiance. SOCIETIES CREATE GOVERNMENTS.
They do this by writing a Constitution. Governments are manmade (graven) artificial entities.
The original state constitutions were ordained (a religious term) and established because they are authorized (root word author) by the divine laws of nature. To overthrow the states, substitute constitutions were still ordained (authorized by those who are overthrowing society) but not established.
People then voluntarily enter into the government. Natural birth within a state does not create citizenship. See citizenship. If you don’t enter a State government then you remain within the Laws of Nature. “neither could any other law possibly exist for we are all created equal with no other superior than the author of our being”.
And, of course, once you enter the government, “the citizen cannot complain”. You cannot complain because you have no standing in any court to redress grievances against those you voluntarily submitted to. Even The US Supreme Court in 1988 US v. Kozminski, 487 US 931, confirmed that it is perfectly lawful to hold slaves to unpaid forced labor by the use of psychological coercion, threatened physical force, or threatened legal process. Because it is voluntary. The slaves were mentally handicapped. What chance do you have of escaping your knowingly intelligent decision to obey your oppressive masters? Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
To which society do you owe allegiance?
The Church is the “society founded and established by Jesus Christ to receive, preserve, and propagate his doctrines and ordinances”. If you persist in refusing to obey his ordinances, you do not have allegiance to this society.
Here is Black’s Law Dictionary definition:

“A human society is a group of people involved in persistent interpersonal relationships, or a large social grouping sharing the same geographical or social territory, typically subject to the same political authority and dominant cultural expectations. Human societies are characterized by patterns of relationships (social relations) between individuals who share a distinctive culture and institutions; a given society may be described as the sum total of such relationships among its constituent members. In the social sciences, a larger society often evinces stratification or dominance patterns in subgroups.
Insofar as it is collaborative, a society can enable its members to benefit in ways that would not otherwise be possible on an individual basis; both individual and social (common) benefits can thus be distinguished, or in many cases found to overlap.
A society can also consist of like-minded people governed by their own norms and values within a dominant, larger society. This is sometimes referred to as a subculture, a term used extensively within criminology.”
Notice how Christianity is a subculture as that term is used within criminology. Just as it was when Romans executed the original apostles. Just as it was when early Christians had to hide in caves to evade the other society. Just as it was when Tertulillan warned, in the year 200AD, that those who are washed overboard into the sea of idolaters are doomed. “every eddy thereof sucks down unto Hades.” (full quote in my article on collectivism)
ALLEGIANCE TO WHAT GOVERNMENT — State or Federal?
Except for the first 13 States, the people who lived in federal territories created their States in order to escape from federal jurisdiction.
Back in 1798, the people living in Kentucky wanted assurance that they were free from federal law. They knew they were free from most federal laws but they remained skeptical. Vice President Thomas Jefferson reassured them in the Kentucky Resolves that, as a state, their citizens are subject to only three federal laws. The three crimes mentioned in the U.S. Constitution. Piracy, Treason and Counterfeiting.
Vice President Thomas Jefferson wrote both Kentucky Resolutions.

“… the Constitution of the United States having delegated to Congress a power to punish treason, counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States, piracies and felonies committed on the High Seas, and offenses against the laws of nations, and no other crimes whatever, and it being true as a general principle, and one of the amendments to the Constitution having also declared, “that the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people,”
State inhabitants are subject to ONLY three federal laws. As a State inhabitant, YOU WERE FREE FROM FEDERAL JURISDICTION, until you surrendered.
After the Civil War, while some states were still under martial law of the Reconstruction period, the Supreme Court determined in Ex parte Milligan, 71 U.S. 2 that States must protect their people against the federal government.

Kentucky Resolves
If a State citizen is subject to federal laws, it is only because the citizen “owes allegiance to two sovereignties. . . because he has voluntarily submitted himself to such a form of government.”
The Supreme Court in U.S. v Cruikshank case, 92 U.S. 542 at 551:
“It is the natural consequence of a citizenship which owes allegiance to two sovereignties, and claims protection from both. The citizen cannot complain, because he has voluntarily submitted himself to such a form of government.”
What did you sign that ensnared yourself to legalities that you didn’t understand?
Applying for a passport presumes an oath of Allegiance. Title 22 US Code section 6-212:
“No passport shall be granted or issued to or verified for any other persons than those owing allegiance, whether citizens or not, to the United States”
THE IRONY OF TODAY’S FORCED ALLEGIANCE
How did we get to a government that denies passports (and SSN wage authorization numbers) to those who refuse to swear perjury oath signature on government applications, when in 1956 the Supreme Court determined in Ullmann v. United States, 350 U.S. 422 (1956) that such punishments are for criminal acts?
“The forfeiture of property on compelled testimony is no more abhorrent than the forfeiture of rights of citizenship. Any forfeiture of rights as a result of compelled testimony is at war with the Fifth Amendment.”
”The Court apparently distinguishes the Boyd case on the ground that the forfeiture of property was a penalty affixed to a criminal act. The loss of a job and the ineligibility for a passport are also penalties affixed to a criminal act.”
Read the article on the Constitution until you understand that the Constitution did not change, the individual’s voluntary allegiance changed.

WHY HAVE ALLEGIANCE to the manmade (graven – created) above your allegiance to the Creator?
Doesn’t the first Commandment require allegiance to the LORD, a jealous god, such that you would have no other Elohiym before Him?
Doesn’t the second Commandment prohibit bowing down (saluting) or serving a manmade (graven) artificial entity?
Isn’t the truth that we are all created equal the opposite of allegiance ?
We would not have a Switzerland today if William Tell had saluted judge Gissler.
Scotland has their own Parliament because Braveheart William Wallace chose to be executed rather than pledge allegiance to the King of England.
And the U.S. Supreme Court tells us that we have a Fifth Amendment because in 1637 John Lilburn risked being torn apart by teams of horses rather than swear an oath to King Charles.
Those who seek to save their lives will lose them. Luke 17:33. Just like all the apostles who were executed. They stood firm.
Galatians 5:1 (KJV) “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.”
Those who endure to the end shall be saved.
Your duty is to obey the LORD and suffer the consequences.
Obedience to counterfeit authority is mutiny against legitimate authority.
Now go read the government’s definition of allegiance in my article on slavery and find out how you are going to pay your fair share of the national debt. Those empty cities in China are there for a reason. They are there to collect the collateral you pledged “as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency” [as quoted in the slavery article] And don’t forget the hundreds of little communist towns around the U.S.

Only after public schools established the 10th plank of the Communist Manifesto, and after the 16th amendment established the second plank of the Communist Manifesto, and after the 17th Amendment removed the only chance of state control over the federal government, and after the Federal Reserve Act established the fifth plank of the Communist Manifesto, and after your National Anthem changed to one that did not mention God, and after the private bar associations became agencies of the states, and after your gold coins were seized — did a allegiance become American.
Don’t claim to live in a free country if you have never seen freedom.
