Neither.
- The Supreme Court said “the Constitution of the United States has not conferred the right of suffrage upon any one”. (Minor v. Happersett and in US v. Cruikshank). People like me are disenfranchised and not represented in Congress. We are not even allowed to vote unless we change our citizenship from State to federal US citizenship (supposedly to qualify me to vote for president, even though the Electoral College elects the president).
- Those who register to vote have agreed to the outcome, no matter how abhorrent. For example: if an election contains a bond issue that passes, every registered voter becomes surety until it is paid off. Your forced labor is collateral for the debt for the entire term (30 years).
A native American, Mr. John Elk, who owed no allegiance to a state or federal government, wanted to register to vote and pay taxes. But the voter registration officer Wilkins would not let him register. Mr. Elk knew enough of our laws to take his case all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court. The Supreme Court in Elk v. Wilkins (112 U.S. 94) ruled in 1884 (16 years after the fourteenth amendment said that all persons born in the U.S. are citizens thereof, and 14 years after the fifteenth amendment said that the right of U.S. citizens to vote shall not be abridged on account of race.) that Native American Mr. Elk was not subject to federal laws. They would not let him pay taxes or vote.
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled on the meaning of the first sentence of the 14th Amendment in Elk v. Wilkins in 1884 (112 U.S. 94):
“The persons declared to be citizens are `all persons born or naturalized in the united states, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.’ The evident meaning of these last words is, not merely subject in some respect or degree to the jurisdiction of the United States, but completely subject to their political jurisdiction, and owing them direct and immediate allegiance.”
Read that again: “because he has voluntarily submitted himself to such a form of government”. HINT: your natural birth did not submit yourself to government.
You consented to be governed when you register to vote, or when you accept benefits, or when you swear oaths.

Society of Evil
I am reading about a well-known psychologist in the 1980’s, M. Scott Peck.
He wrote a 1978 book that opens with the conclusion “Life is difficult”.
I’ve noticed how this fact of life contrasts with today’s progressive victim mentality where liberals expect an easy life to be provided by government.
In his book People of the Lie: The Hope for Healing Human Evil, he concludes that people who are evil attack others rather than face their own failures. It is based on narcissistic patients who are resistant to psychiatric help. They have no empathy for others.
Evil is described by Peck as “militant ignorance”. According to Peck, an evil person:
– is consistently self-deceiving, with the intent of avoiding guilt and maintaining a self-image of perfection
– deceives others as a consequence of their own self-deception
– projects his or her evils and sins onto very specific targets (scapegoats) while being apparently normal with everyone else
– commonly hates with the pretense of love, for the purposes of self-deception as much as deception of others
– abuses political (emotional) power
– maintains a high level of respectability, and lies incessantly to do so
– is consistent in his or her sins. Evil persons are characterized not so much by the magnitude of their sins, but by their consistency (of destructiveness)
– is unable to think from the viewpoint of their victim (scapegoating)
– has a covert intolerance to criticism and other forms of narcissistic injury
Most evil people realize the evil deep within themselves, but are unable to tolerate the pain of introspection, or admit to themselves that they are evil. Thus, they constantly run away from their evil by putting themselves in a position of moral superiority and putting the focus of evil on others.
What could possibly go wrong in a society of victims who vote for a narcissist that will not face their own failures?

There are standard moral values in the Bible that will keep you from being led astray. The Bible has many warnings about welfare.
God’s people have a long history of being taken captive. Abraham had to deliver us from Babylon. Moses led us from slavery under Pharoah. Christ led us from Roman military occupation. After Christ led Christians out of Roman occupation, Paul warned the Galatians to ” Stand fast therefore in the liberty with which Christ has made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.”
The same unchanging Biblical advice applies to us today. When asked about the end-times, Christ said “take heed that ye be not deceived.”
Will you know enough to avoid captivity when the brimstone hits the fan?
People are destroyed for the lack of knowledge.
I suggest that you repent and seek moral values so that you will not be deceived by fake news.

- Believe scare tactics. Don’t fall for warnings about being attacked. (Christ said there would be rumors of wars).
- seek government benefits
- Conformity, go-along to get along with the crowd, capitulate, obey the bully, fail to take a stand. You cannot comply your way out of tyranny.
- Covet thy neighbors’ wealth, or anything that is thy neighbor’s.
BIBLE WARNINGS ABOUT WELFARE
- The Apostle Paul, at Romans 11:9, repeated King David’s warning that government charity would be a snare to trap you.
- Proverbs 23, don’t be enticed by the food offered by rulers.
- Genesis 14:23 don’t accept anything, not even a shoelace, from a king.
- Corban (the Roman system of forced welfare contributions), nullifies the word of God according to Mark 7:13. (this is not the earlier system of voluntary welfare contributions, Strong’s 7133)
- When Christ bestowed upon his apostles a kingdom (where God’s laws prevail) he warned them not to have a top-down government, but to have a bottom-up government to provide for the needy of society. During the Last Supper, the apostles wanted their government to be like the kings of the gentiles who call themselves benefactors yet rule over others to forcibly extract the offerings. Christ said “you shall not be so”. We are to serve one another voluntarily. Luke 22:25-26.
- Second Thessalonians 3:10 “that if any would not work, neither should he eat.” (Don’t associate with freeloaders.)
We are to have a daily ministration to provide for the needy of society. It is based on faith, hope and charity. Love your neighbor as yourself is almost a 50% tax. You get to administer your charity in a way that strengthens the less fortunate.
When we were convinced that it was no longer a sin to desire benefits at the expense of our neighbor “Faith, Hope, and Charity began to flee out of our Church”. [The Twelve Conclusions of the Lollards, The First Conclusion.]
Forced charity is not charity. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors’ wealth. If you expect to live more comfortably by using government to forcibly take from your neighbor, then you become a tyrant. You reject God and curse your children with debt and teach them to “receive the reward of unrighteousness… with covetous practices, cursed children”. [2 Peter 2:13-14]

Had you known about God’s laws you would not have a Federal Reserve System to entrap you into two world wars, a great depression, and continual stock market manipulations. And you would not have an interest-bearing bank account.
Bible warnings about usury.
Usury is still illegal. Thou shalt not lend upon usury. But you agreed to be the collateral for the national debt, which is now unpayable.
Usury is an abomination according to Ezekiel 18:13.
You have no right to accept or charge interest. Interest is a government granted privilege that is granted by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1913 contrary to Biblical principles. The borrower is a slave to the lender (Proverbs 22:7). One percent interest is usury (Nehemiah 5:10-11). A Bible believer will never accept usury (Psalms 15:5, Ezekiel 18:13) or charge usury (Deuteronomy 23:19-20, Exodus 22:25). It is a curse upon the land Isaiah 24:2-3. Punished by death Ezekiel 18:13. In your own country, up until 1694, accepting or paying interest was a punishable crime. Government incorporated banks can give usury. In order to do this they need an SSN so that they can tax this government granted privilege. By the way, Private banks can pay interest too, but they must pay a 10% tax for this government granted privilege (see Veazie Bank v. Fenno 75 US 533).
Note: The very same unchanging Jesus Christ who said that not one jot nor tittle shall fall from the law also told the parable of the ten talents in which a master used sarcasm to rebuke an unprofitable servant. Luke 19:23. Sarcasm does not authorize usury. He was saying (my paraphrase): “So you think I’m a hardened criminal who reaps what he doesn’t sow, why then didn’t you go all the way and commit the crime of usury by depositing my money in a bank.”
Paying or collecting interest is still the crime of usury. But it is no longer punishable for those who want government to protect them from God’s laws. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in a 1913 case, German Alliance Insurance Co. v. Kansas, 233 U.S. 389 at page 432 that
“Moreover, interest laws were in their inception not a restriction upon the right of contract but an enlargement, permitting what theretofore had been regarded both as an ecclesiastical and civil offense. … they therefore fall within the rule that contemporary practice, if subsequently continued and universally acquiesced in, amounts to an interpretation of the Constitution.”
How do you like that? By turning our backs to an unchanging God we’ve let criminals, (theretofore regarded as a crime), now unpunishable, interpret our Constitution for us. This Supreme Court case paved the way, later in 1913, for Congress to pass the Federal Reserve Act, which sealed our doom.

Don’t look now but…
Voluntary servitude is perfectly legal.
Now it is required by passport application.
Applying for a passport presumes an oath of Allegiance.
Title 22 US Code section 6-212:
“No passport shall be granted or issued to or verified for any other persons than those owing allegiance, whether citizens or not, to the United States”
But allegiance is defined by Homeland Security in their regulation for oath of allegiance:
Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations, section 337 allegiance is a commitment to perform servitude 24 hours a day for the rest of your life:
“… I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God”

Most people think that the Central Intelligence Agency exists to track foreign spys and seek overseas “intelligence” gathering for the diplomats. Things that the Military Intelligence community does not get involved with. Nor the FBI.
The purpose of the CIA is very different than their public image.
In November 1910 six men met at Jekyll Island, Georgia to secretly create the Federal Reserve Central Bank. These deep-state infiltrators included Paul Warburg who was the brother of Max Warburg, the head of the German Central Bank (while WW1 was being planned). The Federal Reserve bank earns interest* on the money it creates out of thin air. It uses two methods to create fake money. Fractional Reserve and monetizing debt. They had not yet created inflationary currency. The Federal Reserve Bank is not an agency of the United States. It is a Corporation**. (It is owned by the Class A stockholders of the member banks. But 10 European families ultimately own the member banks. )
Once a nation turns to fiat currency that draws interest, it must continually expand. Interest bearing currency is not sustainable. The economy must eventually collapse. It is inevitable.
The purpose of the CIA is to delay the eventual collapse of the economy. — It will collapse suddenly. At the end there will be chaos and turmoil. (At the fall of Babylon. In one hour is thy judgment come. Revelation 18:10).
Six of the first seven Directors of Central Intelligence were not spies. They had no experience with the intelligence community or the OSS, or military intelligence.
THEY WERE ALL WALL STREET LAWYERS.
The Central Intelligence Agency was created by the National Security Act of 1947.
The National Security Act was written by Clark Clifford, friend of Truman and LBJ. He was a Wall Street Lawyer. He brought BCCI to America.
Brothers John Foster Dulles and Alan Dulles. John Foster Dulles was secretary of State for Eisenhower, drafted the United Nations Charter, and was delegate to the United Nations. He got an airport named after him. And Alan Dulles, friend of JFK and ran the Warren Commission to “investigate” the JFK assassination. They both designed the CIA and collaborated with Clark Clifford.
Bill Casey, was Chairman of the SEC under Nixon. Chairman of the Export-Import Bank. He had a very suspicious death.
David Daugherty was NYSE enforcement.
Alvin “Buzzy” Krongard, was Investment Banker for Deutsche Bank, Chairman of the Board of Bankers Trust. Chairman of the Board of Alex. Brown & Sons, the nation’s oldest investment banking firm. US director to the DLA Piper, one of the world’s largest law firms. Closely linked to the mercenary firm Blackwater. Brother of State Department Inspector General Howard Krongard. Suspected of 9/11 insider trading.
